Main Dining Room & The Old Avalon Theater
Lincoln's Seafood & Steak is proudly housed in the beautifully restored Old Avalon Theater, a beloved Brooten landmark that opened in 1914 as a vaudeville and silent film house. For over a century, this elegant venue has been the heart of community entertainment, and today it lives on as Minnesota's premier dinner theater.
Step inside and feel the magic: warm brick walls, vintage comedy and tragedy masks, soft string lights, and the original grand stage framed by flowing velvet curtains. Intimate wooden tables with glowing lamps circle the performance area, offering every seat a perfect view, whether from cozy orchestra level or the charming balcony above.
Here, exceptional steaks and fresh seafood are served alongside live shows in an atmosphere that blends rustic elegance with timeless theater charm. At Lincoln's, every dinner feels like opening night in a place where history takes the stage.
main bar
Welcome to Lincoln's! Step through our doors and you’re instantly greeted by the glow of vintage neon and the easy smile of small-town hospitality. The entry opens into a warm, eclectic foyer where classic Margaritaville spirit meets Minnesota roadhouse charm: turquoise walls pop beneath a hammered tin ceiling, old beer signs flicker like sunset over the lake, and weathered cowboy boots dangle beside flip-flops and retro concert posters.
A chalkboard lists tonight’s show and the day’s fresh catch, while the scent of sizzling steaks and salt-air cocktails drifts in from the bar just ahead. To your left, the glowing Main Bar beckons with its marble counter and upside-down liquor bottles; straight ahead, the historic Avalon Theater stage waits behind velvet curtains.
Whether you’re here for dinner and a show, a quick margarita, or a night that turns into morning, this is where the fun begins. Kick off your boots (or keep your flip-flops on) and come on in, the curtain’s about to rise, and your table’s ready.
